Self-Serve E-Filing – Available 24/7 for the night owls and early birds. Flat $10 (court fees and fee advances not included).

Concierge E-Filing – Hand it off to us and relax. Submitted the same day if received before 3:00 p.m. Flat $35 (court fees and fee advances not included).

Rush Concierge – Last-minute filings received 3:00 p.m.–midnight? We’ll still get them in the same day—because deadlines don’t scare us.

When it comes to recording, we keep things simple and stress-free: concierge only—because some things deserve the white-glove treatment.

Concierge E-Recording – For all available counties, flat $40. We handle the details so you don’t have to.

Rush Recording – Received 3:00 p.m.–midnight? We’ll push it through the same day for $60. Deadlines, meet solution.

Over-the-Counter Recording – Available for all counties if you prefer the classic approach. Just note that original documents are required.

Old-School Over-the-Counter
Sometimes nothing beats walking a filing right up to the counter—and we’re happy to handle it for any court or government entity that still allows it.
A few things to keep in mind:

Waiting Time – Some court clerks work at their own… leisurely pace, so a little extra time may be required.

Printing Fees – If additional copies are needed, printing charges may apply.

Availability – More and more courts now require e-filing, so over-the-counter service isn’t always an option.
