I’m Jonathan Shisler, founder and CEO of A2Z Attorney Service, a Sacramento-based legal support firm serving attorneys across California and nationwide. I entered the industry in 2008 and launched A2Z in 2017 to deliver faster, smarter, and more reliable legal support.
Off the clock, I’m an avid golfer, tinkerer, and fisherman who loves creating and fixing things. A self-professed builder at heart, I’ve designed and restored everything from classic cars and electric motors to CAD-drafted projects and custom electronics.
This mix of resourceful thinking, technical skill, and business leadership drives how I run A2Z—solving problems creatively, adapting quickly, and collaborating with clients and partners to deliver results that exceed expectations.
I’m Kassy Vasquez, Sales Manager and Notary for A2Z Attorney Service, where I help attorneys and law firms discover how our team can make their legal support seamless and stress-free. I hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing and have built my career around connecting with people and creating results.
Before joining A2Z, I sharpened my leadership skills as a Sales Manager at Target and CarMax, then took a leap into entrepreneurship by launching my own custom apparel business. My entrepreneurial streak took center stage when I went from a local favorite to a viral sensation—featured on the morning news and even Inside Edition. After closing the business during COVID, I shifted gears to combine my love for sales, strategy, and creativity in the legal-services world.
When I’m off the clock, you’ll find me spending time with family, crafting, shopping, or wandering farmers markets—always on the lookout for fresh ideas and a good cup of coffee. My mix of big-box retail experience, entrepreneurial drive, and creative energy fuels how I approach sales at A2Z: with curiosity, connection, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
I’m Krystalyn Souza, the Legal Secretary and Office Manager at A2Z Attorney Service, where I keep the gears turning and the details in line. I started in the legal-support industry in 2014 and joined the A2Z team in 2020, bringing years of experience in filings, scheduling, and client coordination to a fast-paced environment that keeps me on my toes.
My day-to-day includes managing deadlines, organizing complex filings, and making sure our attorneys and staff have everything they need to serve clients efficiently. I thrive on problem-solving, finding smarter ways to get things done, and making sure every client feels heard and supported.
Outside the office, I trade court documents for softballs, sandy beaches, and time with my kiddos. Whether I’m turning a double play, chasing waves, or planning our next family adventure, I bring the same energy and teamwork that I value at A2Z. It’s all about balance—keeping work organized and life fun, while never losing sight of the details that matter.
